G! Yes, luckily I was able to get my hands on Technu--the best stuff ever invented to treat poison ivy--and it should be gone soon. :-)

We shouldnt think this is funny right? I am trying to not think this is funny? Please dont name her Ivy. I once sat in it and it was in a much worse place, trust me.

Sending you lots of oatmeal baths...

Congrats, on your being pregnant! I'm itching to ask is this your first? (Sorry about that, i could't help it.) Please take care of the Ivy. Sending you loads of Celestoderm - works for me.

That is strangely, symbolically evocative. Like something out of a Nathaniel Hawthorne story.

Were you gardening gloveless, then feeling the little one kick?

Suzanne: I hear Zanfel is safe in pregnancy, if your rash is severe and not going away with the Technu.

T, it is pretty funny, but I feel a lot better now that I know there are much worse places to catch poison ivy. *lol*

Nick,
Thanks for the congrats! This is definitely the first time I've had poison ivy while expecting, and it's definitely my first girl, but it's actually my last--I have two wonderful sons. :-)

Stuart,
I was probably wearing the gloves (for once!) and then feeling her move--thank goodness it's not on my hands. Otherwise it would be all over Jack, too. Now that would be a nightmare.

Hey thanks, Doc! That's good to know. :-)

I hope the rash disappears pronto!

Thanks, Ladies. I'm happy to report that conditions are rapidly improving due to my zealous applications of the magic potions. :-)
