brought a lovely surprise from Wendy & her husband Danny. The most gorgeous baby blanket and an adorable bib for Emily. You'll have to take me at my word since my digital camera needs new batteries.
Also in yesterday's mail were two books from Silverfish Review Press, one of my favorite publishers of poetry. Lime, by Audrey Bohanan and Dime Store Erotics, by Ann Townsend.
I received the news that the Aldrich Award reading will take place on Sunday, October 23rd, 4-6 pm (at the Aldrich Museum in Ridgfield, CT). The museum would like to know how many of my nearest and dearest are going to attend, if you can make it please backchannel me.
And now off to my regularly scheduled programming a.k.a. the baby lovefest.
