Yesterday, I caught daffodil, crocus, and iris shoots peeking through the soil in all their green glory. Today, the songbirds woke me up--our own little aboretum choir. This morning I'll remove all the winter debris from the garden and this afternoon I'll hole up in my study, scribble, and stare out the window.
