I had a great time last night reading with Sandy at Southern. First Tim, our fabulous host, took the visiting writers along with the lovely Margot out for a delicious dinner. Afterwards we read to a packed room, sold some books, had some laughs and some of us moved the evening off campus for more good company and drinks. Sandy's book The Heiress of Water (Harper Collins) is a novel that I'm looking forward to reading. You should be looking forward to reading it too.
