You are inspiring me! We have a very similar space upstairs, just waiting to be finished (not by me, however).
It will be heaven once it's done, we are really feeling the strain on this tiny abode. This will double our living space. (leaving plenty of room for our adoptees ;-)) Besides the open area studio there are three bedrooms, a huge closet and a new full bath.
Mary, are you mad? This can't be done alone!! *lol* At least not by us folks over here.
