Received the great news today that American Flamingo was one of ten finalists for the PhilbrickPoetry Award. I had pulled it from the contest after Didi solicited the manuscript, but apparently it wasn't actually pulled.

Thanks, T. A quick search proves that yes indeed Pape has a book with the same title. I don't know about the better stuff, but I would certainly say mine, a chapbook, is different. ;-)
