John Ashbery! I would never have known. Too funny.

Another Ashbery here! Gee, I'm starting to wonder if there are any other modern day poets in this quiz.

I really like the Bowers poem, too:

Haven't gotten to the quiz yet, but if it pegs me as Ashbery, then it's most definitely broken!

Well apparently, despite the dirty fingernails of the poetry gods themselves, I am John Ashbery...! So I had to test the trigger of this thing altogether, and went back, changing nearly all of my answers. Alas:

You are Elizabeth Bishop and, God help us, you know it! You suffer no fools and you cannot even suffer yourself. No wonder you drink yourself into a stupor often. You cannot stand the fact you aren't perfect.

It's true I prefer being pressed into the onion-skin-thin slide of Bishop over Ashbery, but I have to admit it's rare that I drink myself into a stupor.

Although I was just in Kansas City, at the famed Irish pub O'Dowds, where there was an oustanding set of musical performers and much good Irish drink....

Simmons, I though the Bowers poem was great. Good on ya, Georgia Review.
